Lisa before a fit lifestyle at Fit n Fast

What a roller coaster ride it has been. I first joined up with Fit n Fast Campbelltown in September 2011 and at the time I was very skeptical about how I was going to go. I started going to the gym on a daily basis and noticed I’d begun to lose some weight.


After about 2 months I thought it was time to learn more about how to use the equipment properly and start to get some help, so i asked to meet with a Personal Trainer. Well, that’s when the roller coaster really started to fly!

From having to be helped onto a bike because I was so unfit, to 3 years later where I have lost 62kg in weight! I am now heading towards the finish line… maintaining my healthy weight and fitness.

I’m jogging, doing boot camp, boxing classes, kickboxing and outdoor training on a regular basis and getting fitter and fitter. I have become a confident well educated woman that has changed her life for the better. And the best thing is it’s been done naturally with no meal replacements. It’s been achieved through hard work and healthy eating. My health has improved incredibly; my blood pressure has come down, I am now off medication and my type 2 diabetes has gone. Plus my metabolism has improved enormously.

I have gone from fatty and fast food to eating green and lean. It hasn’t always been easy, but take it from me, the pain you endure through the workouts and afterwards does payoff – and is so worth it in the end.

Looking around the gym these days I see people who are where I was starting out and I just want to go up and give them a hug and tell them they’re doing great.
