Fit n Fast Burwood member Rachel Cheng shares her story on how since starting her fitness journey she has gained so much confidence within herself.
“I started training with my PT Jenn nearing the end of March this year. I knew nothing about fitness at all when I first started but Jenn was so patient and supportive with me. She would monitor my food/stress/sleep on a daily basis and she constantly gave me advice on how to eat healthier and was always there to talk and be there for me emotionally. There were so many times I wanted to give up because training was really tough when I first started, but Jenn was so supportive and always motivated me to do better and be better. I lost 14kg in the first 3-4 months alone! I’m much more confident with my appearance now but most importantly I’m a much healthier and happier person now than I’ve ever been. My fitness journey with Jenn has been amazing and I cannot wait to see what the future would be like.”
