Each Qmax class is a great chance for you to meet new friends, have fun and be part of our Q-mmunity; a group of like-minded fitness people who are ready to hustle and sweat and are determined to achieve results.

Being part of Qmax means you will never train alone, each class is suitable for all fitness levels and are run by world class instructors who are prepped and determined to help you succeed your goals with each and every class.

From 30 to 45 minute classes, it’s easy to squeeze in a Qmax class in your day, whether it be on the way to work, on your lunch break or on your way home. With 17 locations across Sydney, Victoria and Queensland, reaching your fitness goals has never been easier!

We’re super excited with the launch of our new season and we have packed our new season timetable with your favourite Qmax classes from Shanghai Box to NYC HIIT, we’ve even snuck our popular class, RIO Athletica, back into the timetable – Yay!
