Try this delicious Sugar-free Banana Bread thanks to Senior FNF Personal Trainer Matthew James Connolly

-2 mashed bananas
-2 1/2 cups of almond meal
-1 tsp of nutmeg
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1 tsp baking powder
-4 eggs
-1/4 cup of coconut oil
-1/4 cup of rice malt syrup
-1 tsp of vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together
3. Once the bananas are well combined in wet mixture, place together and mix well
4. Place into a baking tin and bake for 30-40 minutes
