Get your daily dose of good fats with this easy-to-make Vegan Avocado Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:

– 1 large avocado

– 4 tbsp lemon juice

– 1 garlic clove

– 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

– Pinch sea salt

– 1 tbsp olive oil

Method:

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2. Serve over pasta.
