Spice up your life with this chilli chicken recipe! Adding chilli to your diet is a great way to get your daily dose of Vitamin C (did you know it contains way more Vitamin C than your average orange?) and has been known to help relieve digestion, migraines and can help with muscle, joint and nerve pain!

We love pairing our chilli chicken with steamed veggies or slotting it in a healthy sandwich.

INGREDIENTS:

4 x chicken breast fillets
Ground cumin, shake to suit taste
Chilli flakes, shake to suit taste
1 fresh lime
Coconut oil (for cooking)

METHOD:

1. Remove the fat and any skin from chicken breast.
2. Shake chilli flakes and cumin over the whole chicken breast and squeeze lime juice.
3. Heat a little coconut oil in a non-stick fry pan and cook on medium for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked through.
4. Pair with your favourite steamed/roasted veggies or pop it on top of a fresh salad to make it a complete meal.
