Will the latest Government announcement affect FNF facilities?
Following the Australian Government’s instructions, we have closed our gyms temporarily due to COVID-19.
While we are closed, we will work hard to ensure your club is clean, safe, and ready for your return. We are looking forward to welcoming you back.
What does this mean for my membership fees?
Your regular direct debit fee associated with your FNF membership has been paused effectively as of 23 March 2020.
If you have recently had a direct debit processed, then any unused days associated with that previous direct debit will be added as a credit for when the clubs re-open. You will not be out of pocket.
Do I need to cancel or suspend my membership?
No, you do not need to cancel or suspend your membership, as we have automatically activated this for you. Under the terms and conditions of your membership, a $7 per fortnight suspension fee applies for all suspensions. This fee is being waived and no fee will be payable for the suspension.
Digital Membership Upgrade
It is important that you stay motivated and maintain your health and workouts during this difficult time, not only for your physical self, but for your mental wellbeing.
Accordingly, Viva Leisure will make their Digital Membership option available for all FNF members in the coming weeks.
They will send more details on this digital membership as soon as possible.
What does this mean for paid in full members?
Members who have paid in advance for their membership fees will have the time we are closed added as an extension to their membership once we re-open. What this means is that if we are closed for 60 days, then 60 days will be added as an extension to your current expiry date.
Viva Leisure has over 1,000 team members working diligently to provide you its members with the best possible fitness experience available. The team have been working extremely hard, even in these difficult times on an issue which is completely outside of their, ours and everyone’s control. The COVID-19 virus has presented us with unprecedented conditions, and with a regulated temporary closure has affected not only our business, but hundreds of businesses and sole traders who rely on the work that FNF and our parent Viva Leisure provide them.
While we are unsure how long it will be until we see you again in our facilities, rest assured we will be with you online so that you can achieve your goals during this time-out from our Clubs.
