The Promoter (Club Lime) of the 48-hour sale is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911; For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership, and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period.
Eligible Location means any Club Lime in Victoria.
Eligible Membership means any eligible single club and multi-club direct debit, no fixed term for a Club Lime Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Wednesday 24th February 12:01am - 25th February 11:59pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff. This membership agreement is subject to specific COVID-19 government restrictions that apply to all locations. Excluded memberships include: FNF and Hiit Republic memberships, Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3-12 month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred (upgrade/downgrade) Memberships and all visit passes.

Promotion Period means the period commencing on Wednesday 24th February 12:01 am - 25th February 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter agrees to discount the $69 Access Pass to $0 and credit 2 weeks membership fee for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Eligible Individual agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee as part of Membership Terms and Conditions at the time of sign up.
In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to email@example.com and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
