Terms - Big 3 Sale

    1. The Promoter (Club Lime, hiit republic and FNF) of the Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911;
    2. For the purposes of the Promotion:
      1. Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership during the Promotion Period.
      2. Eligible Location means any Club Lime, hiit republic and FNF nationally (refer to item d. for excluded locations).
      3. Eligible Membership means any eligible single and multi-club direct debit, no fixed term for Club Lime and/or hiit republic Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Thursday 22nd April 2021 12.01am – Friday 30th April 2021 11:59 pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff. This membership agreement is subject to specific COVID-19 government restrictions that apply to all locations.       4. Excluded memberships include:
        • Aquatic Memberships,
        • Learn to Swim Memberships,
        • Upfront 3-12 month Memberships,
        • Corporate Memberships,
        • Transferred (upgrade/downgrade) Memberships,
        • Club Lime Single Club Memberships at: Rouse Hill, Liverpool and St Peters.
        • all visit passes.
      5. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer;
      6. Promotion Period means the period commencing on (Thursday 22nd April 2021 12.01am – Friday 30th April 2021 11:59 pm), which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
    3. The Promoter agrees to discount the Access Pass to $3 and $3 for the first 3 weeks for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    4. The Eligible Individual agrees to pay the $3 for the first 3 weeks and prorata for the remainder of the following fortnight at the time of sign up.
    5. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to info@vivaleisure.com.auand the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
