Try this delicious treat! Red Velvet & Chocolate Protein Baked Oats

Serves 1

-1/2C rolled oats

-1/2C liquid of choice (water, milk (skim or full cream), almond milk, soy milk)

-1 scoop chocolate protein (I use Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein)

-1TBS desiccated coconut

-1/2 banana, sliced

-1 serve (or as much as you like!) Buff Bake Red Velvet Protein Peanut Spread



1. Pre-heat the oven grill or turn oven onto a low heat (Gas setting 3)

2. Put oats and liquid of choice into a saucepan and cook until the oats are soft and creamy. 

3. Pour cooked oats into an oven-safe ramekin and cook until the oats have set on top, approximately 10-15 minutes.

4. Slice the banana.

5. Remove oats from oven and place banana and coconut on top. Drizzle with the Red Velvet spread.
