We believe you can get an amazing workout in as little as 30 minutes! We call these workouts our QUICKIE's! At Fit n Fast we have a range of QUICKIE options such as QUICKIE Max, Cycle, Boxing, Virtual Group Exercise and so much more!

INTRODUCING QMAX!

Qmax is a functional zone with a football field style carpet amongst the monkey bars, battle ropes and sled track. We offer a range of class styles that will leave you breathless and wanting more!

QMAX

A high intensity class that uses dynamic equipment including sleds, battle ropes and other bodyweight exercises.

QUICKIE EXPRESS

A 30 minute workout that has both a cardio and a resistance training component, sure to get your heart rate going. Using a timer system, you spend one minute on each exercise until you have reached the end.

QUICKIE BOX

This is a boxing concept done on a newly designed piece of equipment called the Box Master. This small group workout is a highly motivating 30 minute boxing workout that not only gives you the cardio benefit but also the muscle toning too.
